Service Update Effective May 19th
Temporary Changes to Ride Requests
We want to inform you of a temporary change in our transportation services due to staff transitions within our agency. We are in the process of onboarding and orienting new schedulers, however; we currently do not have the scheduling capacity to provide all ride services.
Despite this change, we are continuing to offer the following transportation services:
- Day Away Transportation
- VON and Care Partner Clinic appointments
- Life-sustaining medical rides, including dialysis and cancer treatment appointments
- LEGHO
- Hospital2Home rides
- Previously booked rides up to and including rides booked
Friday, May 16, 2025
Effective May 19, 2025, we are not able to accommodate any new ride requests beyond these categories until orientation and training for new staff are complete. We do hope to have new staff in place and ready to provide new ride bookings as soon as possible.
We understand the critical importance of accessible transportation for our clients and community members. Please know that we are working diligently to restore full services as quickly as possible and will keep you informed of any updates.
