HCSS Transportation Update: Phase 2 Is Here!

We’re excited to share some great news from the HCSS Transportation Department!

Thanks to your ongoing support and the incredible work of our scheduling team, we’ve officially entered Phase 2 of our service reintroduction. As of Monday, September 15, we’re now accepting all medical ride requests—not just clinic or LEGHO appointments.

This means clients can once again book transportation for any type of medical appointment. We’ll do our best to accommodate each request, but please keep in mind that ride availability depends on our amazing volunteers and advance notice.

Here’s what you need to know:
