2. Pick the heart that resonates with you.
Each heart features a suggested donation amount—simply select the one that feels right.
3. Make your gift.
If you’re at the tree, scan the QR code on your heart.
If you’re online, just click the ornament below to donate securely.
4. Feel good knowing you’ve made a difference.
Your generosity supports essential programs and services for adults with disabilities and seniors in our community. A charitable tax receipt will be issued for all donations.
